The LPN Parent Pep Rally is Lancaster Promise Neighborhood’s annual back-to-school community event designed to energize, equip, and engage parents, students, and families for a successful school year.

Held at Lancaster Memorial Stadium, the Parent Pep Rally brings families together in a high-energy, school-spirit atmosphere while connecting them with valuable resources and services. Families can access school and community partners, health services such as physicals and immunizations, educational resources, free haircuts, food, giveaways, entertainment, and other resources in one location.

More than a back-to-school celebration, the Parent Pep Rally supports LPN’s cradle-to-career mission by strengthening connections among families, schools, service providers, and community partners. The goal is to ensure parents know what resources are available, students begin the year feeling supported, and the entire community understands that academic success deserves the same excitement, encouragement, and energy that we bring to athletics.

At its heart, the Parent Pep Rally is about “sending our students off to win”—not just on the field, but in the classroom and throughout their educational journey.
