Success Coaches provide academic case management through a structured approach to support students’ academic success by offering individualized assistance, tutoring, and coordination of services for students and their families.

Community Pride is creating neighborhoods where residents feel connected, valued, and invested in the success of their community. Through neighborhood beautification, volunteerism, community events, safety initiatives, and meaningful resident engagement, LPN works alongside families and partners to create a stronger sense of belonging and shared responsibility.

Check and Connect provides academic, behavioral, and social mentoring through connections from a mentor to a student, teacher school, and/or family.

Academic liaisons provide on-site tutoring and academic support during the school day at Clinton Elementary, A.R. Rucker Middle, and Lancaster High School. Academic support is provided by certified teachers.
